NB: Always clean and sanitise the stone thoroughly before using it. To do this properly you need to boil the stone in clean water for 5 minutes. Always feed clean air into the stone to prevent contamination and clogging that may infect your wort. Using an air filter is recommended if you are unsure of the air quality. Avoid touching the porous surface of the stone to prevent pores from getting clogged.
