White Sugar
Sucrose (table sugar): Can be used instead of corn sugar or dextrose as a cheaper alternative. Can be used as an ingredient for beer brewing as a priming agent and a wort constituent. White Sugar yields 46 ppg (points per gallon) and is 100% fermentable.
When using white sugar instead of dextrose we recommend that you use 10% less in your brew.
